History:

Katie became a believer in June 1995 at the age of 12 while at a Go Tell camp with her youth group. God became so real to her and she realized that she desired to know Him more and to begin a real relationship with Him. He has been working in incredible ways in Katie's life since then.

She has felt a calling to missions for years. Katie was able to serve for a brief time in China in 2005 and her calling became more clear through this experience. She believes that we are called to go out and to preach the gospel and to share Christ with the lost throughout all of the world. This is the heart of her desire to go.
