History:

Lars has been follower of Christ since age 10. She first felt the Holy Spirit leading her toward missions as a freshman in college. After struggling with how to fulfill this call for seven years the Lord opened the door for her to return to Liberty University to finish her schooling. During her time in the “waiting room”, God shaped in her a unique burden for the unreached people groups of northern India. Lord willing, Lars will graduate in May of 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Inter-Cultural Studies. This degree is equipping her with skills for a lifetime in the field among the least reached.

Strategy:

Lars is prayerfully considering two opportunities that would take her to the people God has put in her heart. The IMB has several routes she could take to get her there, but currently she feels led to an organization called Liveº, pronounced "Live Zero" (www.powerofnothing.org). After speaking with the director of Live0, she is carefully considering her next steps as she begins the application process to be on one of their teams. Please pray that God would guide her through this process and open and close doors to show her which organization to go with.

Depending on which sending organization Lars ends up going with, support will vary greatly. If she ends up on a Live0 team she will have to raise all of her support.
